President Donald Trump introduced another Twitter tirade versus the media Sunday, knocking a days-old story about his lax work habits and even slamming his normal favorite Fox News, calling for an “option.”
Trump also called on press reporters who wrote about Russia’s disturbance in the U.S. governmental election to return their “Noble” rewards. There are Pulitzer Prizes for journalism; there is a Nobel Prize for literature
That specific three-tweet tirade about Noble prizes subsequently vanished. Hours later, Trump called his remarks “sarcasm”– insisting he implied to say “Noble” prizes all along (even though he had earlier called on the “Noble Committee” to rescind the awards).
Trump’s 10- tweet media attack (as of Sunday evening) first scorched The New York Times for what he called its “fake story” Thursday reporting that he often doesn’t arrive in the Oval Office until twelve noon after investing the early morning viewing TELEVISION news– and takes pleasure in eating Diet Coke and French french fries.
He called himself the “hardest-working president in history,” who hasn’t left the White House in “numerous months,” obviously forgetting a campaign rally just last month
Trump originally misspelled hamburger as “hamberger,” however it was later on corrected.
Individuals that understand me and understand the history of our Country state that I am the hardest working President in history. I don’t know about that, but I am a difficult employee and have probably gotten more performed in the first 3 1/2 years than any President in history. The Fake News hates it!
