President Donald Trump‘s household has asked a judge to block the publication of his niece Mary Trump’s tell-all, which is set to be launched next month.
The president’s younger sibling, Robert Trump, declared a short-lived restraining order Tuesday, saying Mary Trump is breaking a nondisclosure contract she signed in 2001 following a bitter court fight over the estate of Trump’s father.
” Her effort to sensationalize and mischaracterize our family relationship after all of these years for her own financial gain is both a travesty and oppression to the memory of my late bro, Fred, and our cherished moms and dads,” Robert Trump stated in a declaration to The New York Times, which first reported the news. “I and the rest of my entire household are so happy with my fantastic brother, the president, and feel that Mary’s actions are genuinely a disgrace.”
