While President Donald Trump once again tweets incendiary conspiracy theories and neglects calls for police reform, congressional Republicans are moving on with proposals of their own focused on dealing with authorities brutality following the across the country demonstrations over George Floyd‘s death at the hands of Minneapolis cops.
