Stray dogs targeted a 7-year-old innocent child in Bilaspur village of Gangoh police station area of Saharanpur. An innocent child died a painful death due to the attack of stray dogs. There has been uproar among the family members due to this incident. There is resentment among the villagers since this incident. Amidst great anger, the family performed the last rites of the child.
Please tell that Kanha, the seven-year-old son of Vikas, a resident of Bilaspur village of Gangoh area, was playing in the field behind his house. Then there came a herd of stray dogs in the field and they attacked the child. The child kept shouting to avoid the dogs. But by the time the villagers reached there, stray dogs mauled baby Kanha to death.

After this, the villagers reached the farm and chased away the stray dogs from there and reached the child’s house with the dead body. Seeing the dead body of the child, there was chaos among the family members. Hearing the news of the death of Vikas’s son Kanha, a crowd of villagers gathered at Vikas’s house. Everyone’s eyes were moist due to this painful incident.
Administration gave chance to catch stray dogs
On receiving information about the death of a child by stray dogs, the police and the administration also reached the spot. The villagers allege that even after repeatedly informing the administrative officials, no treatment could be found for these stray dogs till date. SDM Nakur Ramya R reached the spot. assured the family and villagers that these stray dogs would be caught soon.
