‘The world listens to the Prime Minister of India because…’, said RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, while addressing a program in Maharashtra, said that the work of the Sangh runs on power, dialogue and collective consciousness of the society. He said that diversity is the basis of unity. Forgetting traditions and values is the biggest crisis.

He said that this land is the center of all the ideologies of India and religion is necessary to take everyone along. Referring to the words of Yogi – “Upliftment of the Sanatan means upliftment of the nation”, he said that if the society had not been the base, we would not have been able to reach here today.

He clarified that the Sangh never set the target of ‘completing 100 years’. The aim was always to get the work done quickly and by involving the entire society. Development is meaningful only when it is useful for everyone, otherwise there is a possibility of destruction.

The work of the Sangh runs on power, dialogue and collective consciousness of the society.

Mohan Bhagwat said that the basic feeling of the Sangh is ‘Aaplepana’ i.e. belongingness. The work of the Sangh is not only to establish an organization but also to strengthen the spirit of power, dialogue and collective life in the society. He said that without power the world does not listen to anyone, but this power is not born from punishment, but from organization, discipline and service.

Indian Thought Tradition: The Basis of Unity in Diversity

The Sangh chief said that the root of Indian thinking is unity in diversity. He said that the world’s materialistic ideas, science or modernity may change, but India’s basic tradition is based on ‘eternal truth’, which remains permanent.

According to him, “The starting point of Indian thought is the relationship of consciousness, diversity and unity. If this relationship is broken then the society disintegrates, and if it continues then Dharma i.e. the rule that governs collective life does its work.”

‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ should not only be a thought but also a practice.

Mohan Bhagwat said that the society will have to bring the feeling in its conduct that the world is one family.

He said, “The meaning of unity is not to bind anyone, but to take everyone along. The real meaning of religion is to wish for the welfare of everyone, from humans to creation.”

Forgetting tradition and values is the biggest crisis

The Sangh chief warned that today’s generation is forgetting its origins in the rapidly changing world. He said, “Our centuries-old traditions have kept us going. If we forget our roots, life will go haywire.”

According to him, all the systems from family to village, district, province and country stood on this foundation.

Today the world listens to the Prime Minister of India

Mohan Bhagwat said that today the world listens to the Prime Minister of India seriously, because the whole world has felt the emerging power of India. He said that the world wants to learn from India, and that is why it gives importance to the voice of India.

India’s development is linked to world welfare

He said that India is not just a geographical entity but a tradition of knowledge and light. “If India’s development becomes the cause of development for all then it is true development, otherwise it can become a symbol of destruction,” he said.

According to the Sangh chief, when India grows, the world gets peace and stability.

Sangh worker’s penance, service and gratitude

Referring to the hard work and dedication of the Sangh volunteers, the Sangh chief said that the seed sown by Dr. Hedgewar and Guruji has today become a banyan tree.

He said that workers working in forests, remote areas and difficult conditions dedicate their lives for the nation.

“Volunteers do the work of the Sangh by sacrificing even their lives. It is more an act of duty and power than devotion,” he said.

Price of Ram Mandir and National Temple

Ram temple is now standing in a grand form. Flag hoisting has also taken place. And along with this, the message is also emerging that the “Rashtra Mandir” of the country will also soon take shape and it will be even bigger and grander than this.

In this background, Hanuman’s anxiety arouses a different feeling. After Ramchandra’s speech ends, Hanuman expresses his pain of heart. They ask anxiously, “What crime have I committed that I am receiving this punishment? What punishment is sending me towards destruction?”

Whatever is happening, is happening due to your power only… Don’t you also give that speech about the arrogance that is taking birth within me? Then what is my crime?”

These words of Hanuman reflect a deep confusion, anguish and complete surrender to the Lord. As if they were questioning their existence and role.

“The temple is not just a stone structure, but the basis of power of the society. Just as the Ram temple is being built, the national temple should also be built. More grand, more beautiful,” he said.

The strength of the country will stand only through the unity of the society.

Mohan Bhagwat said that the objective of the Sangh is not to oppose anyone, but to organize the society. According to him, “When the society stands, the nation becomes powerful. When the nation is powerful, only then there is peace in the world.”

He said that only a character free from anger, jealousy, hatred and enmity can take India forward in the direction of the welfare of the world.
