Asian countries face second wave of virus cases

It comes as these nations had been successful in managing its domestic cases.

China, where the virus first emerged, verified it had no brand-new domestic cases on Wednesday, for the very first time since the break out began, a major milestone.

However it reported 34 brand-new cases amongst people recently returned to China.

Singapore likewise reported 47 new cases, of which 33 were imported – 30 of them returned Singapore citizens.
