Trains to restart booking counters from May22
With the Railways opening online reservation for some unique trains on Thursday, over 2.37 lakh tickets were reserved within a few hours.
” At 16: 00 hours, 101 trains were offered in the system for reservation. 2,37,751 tickets were scheduled for 5,51,724 guests,” a representative stated.
The Railways will start running 200 time-tabled trains from June 1, and the reservation began at 10 a.m. Thursday. These trains will have both Air Conditioner and non-AC coaches.
The Railways said it would likewise reboot reservation counters and permit reservations through Common Service Centres and ticketing agents in a graded way from Friday.
” Opening of all these reserving facilities when again will mark an important action in the graded repair of guest train services and making the task of ticket booking easy for all potential travellers from all parts of India in reserved trains,” it added.
