This is second blast in current months, and it is feared that the death toll might increase
Five persons were eliminated and 16 hurt– 11 of them critically– after a boiler exploded at Unit V at the Thermal Power Station-II, in NLC India Ltd (NLCIL) in Neyveli on Wednesday.
Agreement workers and irreversible personnel were active at the 210 MW system at the time of the mishap, and thick smoke billowed out of the plant.
