India will not enable Chinese business to take part in highway tasks, including those through joint endeavors, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari stated on Wednesday in the middle of border standoff with China.
Mr. Gadakri also stated the federal government will guarantee that Chinese investors are not amused in numerous sectors like Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
The Road Transport, Highways and MSME minister stated a policy will be out quickly prohibiting Chinese companies and relaxing norms for Indian business to expand their eligibility requirements for involvement in highway projects.
