Ram Gopal Varma’s renowned gangster legendary Satyawhich launched on 3 July, 25 years earlier was a turning point in Manoj Bajpayee’s profession. His representation of Bhiku Mhatre was visceral and raw, injured and kinetic. The story doing the rounds for several years is that Manoj was used the title function in Satya played by J D Chakravarthy.
