By India Today Web Desk: In a special interview with India Today, Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai stated that his federal government will make Bengaluru pothole-free. His remark can be found in the wake of a number of unintentional deaths connected to holes in Bengaluru and flooding due to rain.
He stated: “The state federal government has actually launched around Rs 8,000 crore. Of this, around Rs 2,000 is for drains pipes and Rs 4,000 is for roadway and other facilities. We had one round of making roadways on the periphery of Bengaluru.”
He stated blamed the previous federal governments for constructing unexpected narrow roadways with numerous structures. “Now, we are going to have significant modifications in roadway preparation,” he stated. He even more discussed that the photo of the current Bengaluru floods was exaggerated. “When individuals discussed Bengaluru floods, it wasn’t the whole city. It was simply one constituency where all the drains pipes assemble. That was the problem,” he stated.
” I am focusing on that location. We are making primary, main, and secondary drains pipes on a war footing,” he stated.
