An Indian doctor has been arrested in the US for recording nude photos and videos of girls and women. He arrived in the US on a work visa in 2011 and worked in several hospitals. Ejaz is accused of installing hidden cameras in bathrooms, changing areas and other places, from which 13,000 videos were recovered.

An Indian doctor has been arrested in America. It is alleged that he used to take nude photos and record videos of girls and women. In this regard, a case has been registered against him in ten different cases and a bond of two million dollars has been imposed.
During the investigation, the police recovered a hard drive and 15 external devices which reportedly contained 13,000 videos. The doctor, who specialized in internal medicine, has been identified as Omair Ejaz, who arrived in the US on a work visa in 2011. He completed his residency at Sinai Grace Hospital in Michigan and later moved to Alabama.

The police arrested the doctor on 8 August
He returned to Oakland County, Michigan in 2018 to continue practising internal medicine. He has worked in different hospitals. Ejaz was arrested on August 8 for allegedly installing hidden cameras in bathrooms, changing areas, hospital rooms and even in his own home.
Photo-videos recorded in nude states
The cameras reportedly captured disturbing footage of children as young as two years old and unconscious or sleeping women, all in varying states of undress. Authorities also believe that Ejaz may have uploaded some of the illegal videos to cloud storage.

The wife informed the police about the matter
The case came to light when Ejaz’s wife informed the administration about the matter and gave some photo-video footage. Later, a police team searched his house. Earlier, there was no case against Ejaz. On August 13, Ejaz was formally charged with one count of sexual abuse of children, four counts of clicking pictures of naked women and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
