Police station Bisarkh police of Greater Noida has exposed a gang conspiring to sell fake documents and sell it for Rs 95 crore. The police have arrested three accused in this case, while the search for other absconding accused is going on.

This land belonged to Mujahid Hussain who is the chairman of Dasna Nagar Panchayat of Ghaziabad. The accused had prepared for the sale of land in the name of fake Mujahid Hussain by making fake Aadhaar card, PAN card, Kisan Book, Khasra and Khatauni.

‘Accused was having conspiracy since 2023’

According to the police, this conspiracy was going on since 2023. But on 28 February 2025, the real landowner got information about this fraud. He lodged a complaint with Bisarkh police station. In the investigation, the allegations were found to be true, after which the police registered a case on 4 March 2025 and started the investigation.

‘Three accused arrested’

Police have arrested three people after investigation in this case. According to the police, the arrested accused Rakesh Kumar is a resident of Haryana, the accused has studied till 12th and used to buy and sell the land with his partner Balinder. He used to make fake papers and sell land.

At the same time, the second accused Sirajuddin is illiterate and was associated with this gang for three years. He made a fake Aadhaar and PAN card by putting a photo of himself, while the third accused is Mahendra Kumar 10th pass and is known as Patwari. He also helped in preparing fake documents.

The accused told the police during interrogation that Balinder, Janak Gurjar, Janeshwar and Rohit were also involved in this fraud. All of them used to prepare fake papers of land and sell them at high prices. The police is searching for the absconding accused and the role of other gang members is being investigated.
