Police determine occurrences that ‘led’ to north-east Delhi riots
The nine victims were identified as Mursalin, Aas Mohd, Aamin, Bhure Ali, Hamza, Musharraf, Akil Ahmed, and Hashim Ali and his senior sibling Aamir Khan.
In their charge sheet, the Delhi Cops have mentioned that these 9 Muslim males were murdered in the duration from the night of February 25 till late night on February26 Their bodies were recuperated over a duration of several days from the Bhagirathi Vihar drain.
The police detained Lokesh Solanki, Pankaj Sharma, Ankit Chaudhary, Sumit Chaudhary, Prince, Jatin Sharma, Himanshu Thakur, Vivek Panchal and Rishabh Chaudhary, after confirming their participation in connection with the nine murders. All of them remain in judicial custody.
