After this attack, five army personnel are reported to be injured in the firing between terrorists and security forces in Chhatrakala of Doda. A Special Police Officer (SPO) is also among the injured. The injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment. A terrorist group named Kashmir Tiger has claimed responsibility for this attack.
Officials say that the terrorists are being given a befitting reply under a joint operation of the army and police in Chhatrakala at around 1.45 am on Wednesday. Earlier, Jammu ADGP Anand Jain had said that one terrorist has been killed and a civilian injured in the firing, but now the area is out of danger. The operation is still going on and senior officers are on the spot.

Terrorist attack in Reasi on 9 June
First of all, on 9th June, terrorists attacked a bus of pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir. This attack took place on 9th June around 6:15 pm. The terrorists sitting in ambush fired on the bus, after which the bus went out of control and fell into a deep ditch. The terrorists who attacked the bus were hiding in the hilly area.
The terrorist group TRF associated with Lashkar had taken responsibility for this attack. These terrorists have carried out many attacks in Rajouri and Poonch in the last one month.
