K.Sivan, Secretary, Department of Space and Chairman, Indian Area Research Organisation (ISRO), sketched the composition and capacity of the Indian National Area Promo and Authorisation Centre(IN-SPACe), the new area entity produced to promote and control involvement of personal gamers in the space sector.
Where does IN-SPACe stand in the general space hierarchy with respect to ISRO, the Space Commission and the Department of Space? The Area Commission is the pinnacle body controlling space activities in India; it will stay so and above the brand-new entity.
