Adani Community corporations on Tuesday, August 23, made a proposal to manufacture a 26 per cent stake in New Delhi Tv Ltd (NDTV) following an indirect acquisition of 29.18 per cent shareholding within the media and records broadcaster.
Three corporations, Vishvapradhan Commercial Pvt Ltd alongside with AMG Media Networks and Adani Enterprises Ltd, comprise supplied a designate of Rs 294 for the acquisition of up to 1,67,62,530 fully paid-up equity shares of NDTV having a face price of Rs 4 from the public shareholders.
