Adani Power shares jumped by 1.51 percent and reached 516. Shares of Adani Enterprises rose 0.80 percent. Shares of Adani Port, Adani Total Gas, Adani Energy Solution and Adani Wilmer also remained on the rise. There was also a rise in the shares of Adani Cement companies.

US Attorney Brian Peace of the Eastern District of New York has announced his resignation. He is the prosecutor in the Adani case. He will step down from the post on January 10, 2025. Peace has been working on this post since October 15, 2021. Caroline Pokorny, previously an Assistant United States Attorney, will become Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York following Peace’s departure.
