NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force on Sunday carried out flypast throughout India to reveal appreciation to the countless health care workers battling the coronavirus pandemic.
The flypast was an effort by the nation’s armed forces to honour physicians, paramedics, sanitation personnel, cops and other frontline employees fighting the virus.
The IAF choppers and jets, including Mig-29, Sukhoi-30 and Jaguar, carried out flypasts and Army bands played patriotic tunes outside medical structures in most districts throughout the nation from east to west and north to south.
