In a video shared on Instagram, which has been viewed more than 23 million times so far. Sachdeva completely transformed herself into a momos seller. Slowly he merged into the bustling crowd of the stall. First, Sarthak learned the basic methods of making momos, and then as the orders started pouring in, he was shocked.
According to Sarthak, he sold a plate of steamed momos for Rs 60 and a plate of tandoori momos for Rs 80. In the video, he highlighted the popularity of the stall and said that around 55 plates were sold in the first 90 minutes. By evening the lines were showing no sign of ending. In just four hours, about 121 plates of steamed and 60-70 plates of tandoori momos were sold.

To understand the stall’s profits and expenses, Sarthak spoke to the owner. According to the owner, after expenses of around Rs 6,000 to Rs 7,000, the net profit for the day comes to around Rs 7,500 to Rs 8,000. Sachdeva estimated that the stall could earn around Rs 2.4 lakh a month and around Rs 30 lakh annually.
