A Sikh student in the U.S. state of New Jersey has submitted a claim against an education board, declaring that he was subjected to bullying since of his faith and was required to completely pull out of school due to the extended harassment.
The grievance resolves the case of the Sikh student, who stays anonymous given that he is a minor, registered at the Gloucester County Institute of Technology.
No student need to experience what my child has actually gone through– not the bullying by fellow students, and definitely not the indifference, dismissiveness, or criticism of the grownups who are suggested to secure them– said the student’s mom, who likewise remains anonymous to protect her child’s identity.
