02/6Sushant battled depression and had stopped taking medicine
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death by suicide led to reports suggesting that the actor had been facing depression since a few months and the cops had reportedly recovered anti-depressant pills from his Bandra residence. According to a report on Times Now, the ‘Kai Po Che’ actor’s sister and his manager had revealed to the Mumbai Police that Sushant was battling depression. According to the Mumbai Police, he had stopped taking medicines for it. Sushant’s father had reportedly said in his statement that Sushant often felt low but he wasn’t aware that his son was in depression and was being treated for the same.

A few days after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a criminal complaint Salman Khan and producer-director Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and director Dinesh. According to IANS the complainant had claimed that these celebs did not let Sushant’s movies get released under a conspiracy. The lawyer had also alleged that Sushant was not invited to film functions because of these people.
