NEW DELHI: The Centre on Sunday rescinded authorization to e-commerce companies to resume the sale and shipment of non-essential items from Monday, a relocation that appears to have been prompted by demonstrations by local traders whose organisations will continue to deal with restrictions during the prolonged national lockdown till May 3.
