The Congress on Monday stated the fiscal stimulus bundle announced by the government is “hopelessly inadequate” given the gravity of the recession as it amounts to only 1.86 lakh crore, which is 0.91%of the GDP.
The party sought a modified and thorough plan of 10%of the GDP.
