In a new initiative to revive talks on a free trade arrangement that have been suspended given that 2013, the 2 sides announced a “high level discussion” in between Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and E.U. Trade Commissioner Phil Hogan to attempt and take the Bilateral Trade and Financial Investment Contract (BTIA) forward.
