In Samastipur, Bihar, the Inspector did obscene acts with the victim in exchange for helping her in the case. The allegation is that the inspector wanted to have physical relations. The victim woman made a video of this entire incident, which went viral on social media. After this, SP Ashok Mishra took immediate action and got the investigation done and then suspended the SI.
Actually, this whole matter is of Patori police station of Samastipur. SI Mohammad Belal Khan posted here calls the lady of the house and calls her to the police station regarding a case being registered against a family. First, he sends her back calling her his daughter to help in the case. Then suddenly one day SI Belal Khan calls the victim and asks her to come alone to the police station. When the victim suspects something, she stops her mother outside the police station and goes to meet the inspector.

At Patori police station, SI Belal asks the victim to go to her rented house. On this the victim secretly makes a video on her mobile. This video has gone viral on social media. When the victim woman reached the SI’s rented house, instead of helping her in the case, he started doing obscene acts with her, which the woman protested against.
During this the SI closed the gate and window. After this he started trying to forcibly have physical relations. The victim protests, but the SI acts ignoring her words.
After this video went viral, SP Ashok Mishra had ordered investigation by Patori DSP. SI Mohammad Belal Khan was found guilty in the investigation. After this, the SP has started departmental action by suspending the SI. SP Ashok Mishra told orally that on the statement of the victim, an FIR has been registered against the accused SI Belal Khan in Patori police station. At present the accused has been suspended.
