The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has recruited a total of 1180 vacancies of Assistant Teacher, for which applications can be applied from 17 September to 16 October 2025. Candidates can apply online on the board’s official website dssssb.delhi.gov.in. The qualified candidate for the post will be selected only on merit. The candidate will not have to take any exam.
Which posts are being recruited?
This recruitment will be on a total of 1180 vacancies of Assistant Teacher in all primary schools of Delhi, including 1055 of Delhi Directorate of Education and 125 vacancies of New Delhi Municipal Corporation.

How much will you get salary?
Selected teachers will get salary ranging from 35,400 to 1,12,400 rupees every month under the Seventh Pay Commission. Apart from this, other facilities like rent allowance, dearness allowance, medical allowance and pension will also be provided.
What should be educational qualification?
The candidate must have 12th pass with at least 50 percent marks from a recognized board. Apart from this, he should also have a valid certificate of D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) and CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) exam.
The maximum age of the candidate should be 30 years, although the reserved classes are exempted as per government rules in the maximum age. Application fee for general category is Rs 100, and application for women, SC, ST and Divyang candidates is free. Fees will have to be deposited through online only.
How will the selection be?
The qualified candidate will be selected on the basis of its qualification and CTET score. No written test or interview will have to be given for the job.

• If there are new users, then click on Apply Online and register first.
• Upload your details and all the necessary documents in the form.
