Equipped opponents eliminated 21 civilians in an attack on an items convoy in western Niger near the borders of Mali and Burkina Faso, AFP mentioned authorities and regional sources as stating on Saturday (December 7).
The attack took place on December 5, targeting transportation cars taking a trip from the weekly market in Tera back to Bankilare, according to state broadcaster La Voix du Sahel.
