The British Prime Minister Kir Stmper said on Saturday that he would support the national investigation of gangs who sexually abused thousands of girls across the country. This is a significant change in the government’s stance on this issue. This announcement of the stormer came after former senior government official Lewis Casey after making a rapid audit of gang-based child sexual abuse and nature in Britain. The audit was done in January by Home Secretary Yatete Cooper amidst a fresh investigation into the growing public pressure and the previous failures of the agencies.
Talking to reporters, the stormer said that KC had initially admitted that there was no need for a new national inquiry, but after reviewing the evidence, he changed his stand. The British Prime Minister said, ‘The material that Lewis Casey has seen has come to the conclusion that there should be a national inquiry on the basis of what he has seen. I have read every word of their report and I am going to accept their recommendation.

Till now, the Labor Party government had been opposing the demand for review of the case and argued that many local and national inquiry had already been done in this case.
