President appointed Atishi as Delhi CM, swearing in will take place tomorrow evening

The President has accepted the resignation of Arvind Kejriwal and appointed Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi as the Chief Minister of Delhi. Along with this, the President has also approved the appointment of 5 ministers. Everyone has been called to Raj Bhavan on 21st September for the swearing-in ceremony. According to sources, Atishi can take oath along with her cabinet at 4:30 pm.

In fact, after Kejriwal on Tuesday asked Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena to resign from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi, Atishi had sent the files of resignation and government formation to President Draupadi Murmu for his approval.
