The Supreme Court on Thursday sought an action from the government on a petition to restore mobile Web information services in Jammu and Kashmir to 4G speed, as doctors, patients and the public are not able to access the most recent info, standards, advisories, everyday updates and constraints about COVID-19
A Bench, led by Justice N.V. Ramana, through videoconferencing, provided official notice to the government and sought a response in a week’s time.
The petition, submitted by Structure for Media Professionals through its president and reporter Paranjoy Guna Thakurta and represented by advocate Shadan Farasat, said the “residents in Jammu & Kashmir should not be denied of facilities
