Constitution Bench led by Justice N.V. Ramana states it will continue to hear the case on merits
A five-judge Constitution Bench led by Justice N.V. Ramana on Monday declined a plea to describe a bigger Bench petitions challenging the abrogation of unique status of Jammu and Kashmir under Short Article 370 of the Constitution.
The Bench stated it would continue to hear the case on benefits.
When one of the legal representatives for the petitioners looked for an early date to resume the hearing, it stated a date would be repaired after considering the dates for the nine-judge Sabarimala Bench
