A case of rape with a minor girl has come to light from Gonda in Uttar Pradesh. A 15-year-old minor alleges that her sister’s brother-in-law, seeing her alone, committed a heinous act with her. Also threatened to kill the parents for telling anything to anyone. On the complaint of the victim, the police have started investigation by registering a case under sections other than the POSCO Act.
The incident came to light when the victim’s health deteriorated. The minor told the police in his statement that there was no one at home.
