The Supreme Court on Friday provided personal factory owners and other personal facilities an alternative to work out terms and enter into settlements with their personnel on payment of salaries during lockdown.
A Bench led by Justice Ashok Bhushan observed that industry could not make it through without its labourers and workers. The court urged companies and workers to figure out their differences and resume operate in a congenial atmosphere.
