At the same time, preparations for the oath taking program are in full swing at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend the swearing-in ceremony, based on which the date of 19th or 20th November is considered almost fixed.

The Election Commission will give formal information about the results of the 18th Assembly to the Governor of Bihar today. With this notification, the model code of conduct applicable for the assembly elections will also end.

Nitish Kumar will hold his cabinet meeting on Monday. In this meeting the proposal to dissolve the 17th Assembly will be passed. After this, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will meet the Governor and submit his resignation. This resignation will clear the way for the new government.
