Secret Service representatives rushed President Donald Trump to a White Home bunker on Friday night as hundreds of protesters collected outside the executive mansion, some of them throwing rocks and pulling at authorities barricades.
Mr. Trump spent almost an hour in the bunker, which was developed for use in emergency situations like terrorist attacks, according to a Republican politician close to the White House who was not licensed to publicly talk about private matters and spoke on condition of anonymity.
The abrupt decision by the representatives highlighted the rattled mood inside the White Home, where the chants from protesters in Lafayette Park could be heard all weekend and Trick Service representatives and law enforcement officers had a hard time to consist of the crowds.
