on Wednesday threatened social media business with new guideline or even shuttering a day after Twitter added reality checks to 2 of his tweets.
The president can’t unilaterally control or close the companies, which would need action by Congress or the Federal Communications Commission. But that didn’t stop Trump from angrily providing a strong warning.
Declaring tech giants “silence conservative voices,” Trump tweeted, “We will highly manage, or close them down, prior to we can ever allow this to happen.”
Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms completely silence con
