UP: ‘I will love again as soon as I come out of jail,’ ‘Aashiq’ arrested with a reward of Rs 50 thousand

In Mau, Uttar Pradesh, the police has arrested a criminal lover on whom a reward of Rs 50 thousand was announced. The accused had run away from home a few days ago with his minor girlfriend and the girl’s family had filed a case against him in this regard. The police was searching for him for many days.

Police had placed a reward of fifty thousand rupees on the young man.

The arrested accused has been identified as Govind Rajbhar, who is a resident of Kirat Sarai village of Haldharpur police station area. The police caught him with a pistol. Two cases were already registered against Govind in Haldharpur police station. Deputy Inspector General of Police of Azamgarh Range had announced a reward of Rs 50 thousand on him.

Mau SP Anoop Kumar said that the accused has been involved in crimes related to women and a total of three cases are registered against him, including a case under POCSO Act. It is alleged that he had taken the minor girl away on a bike and took her away. After a lot of hard work, the police have arrested him and now he is being sent to jail.

I love my girlfriend very much: Accused

There was no remorse visible on the face of Govind Rajbhar, who was presented at Mau Nagar police station after his arrest. While talking to the media, he laughingly said that he loves his girlfriend very much and she also loves him. He said the girl had given a statement in his favour, but the case was registered due to ‘age issue’.

Govind said, ‘When we get out of jail, we will live a good life and will not do anything wrong. Our love will remain immortal, we will love as long as we are alive. On keeping the pistol, he said that when no one is there and the entire village becomes the enemy, then one has to do something to escape.
