The Bandra cops on Wednesday apprehended Navi Mumbai resident Vinay Dubey in connection with the racket outside the Bandra train station on Tuesday afternoon.
Cops officials said that Mr. Dubey, who was selected up from near his house by the Navi Mumbai authorities and handed over to the Mumbai Police late on Tuesday night, was grilled at length before being placed under arrest.
