A hearing will be held in Prayagraj’s CJM court today regarding the alleged disappearance of both the minor sons of Mafia Atiq Ahmed. The court will hear the application of Atiq’s wife Shaista Parveen at around 4 pm. The Prayagraj police has already filed its enveloped report in the matter.
Earlier, the Prayagraj police had filed a reply in the court saying that Atiq’s sons were found abandoned. Being a minor, he was admitted to the Child Protection Home. But, in Shaista’s application, it has been said that the police is lying in this matter and her sons are not in the Child Protection Home. Today the police report will come out in the CJM court, from which it will be known that where are both the minor sons of Atiq.
Significantly, after the Umesh Pal murder case, Atiq’s wife Shaista had filed an application in the court regarding the missing of both her minor sons. The CJM court had sought a report from the Prayagraj police. Then SHO of Dhumanganj police station Rajesh Kumar Maurya had told the court in his report that Shaista Parveen had left her house after the Umesh Pal murder case on 24 February.

He had said in his report that on March 2, both the sons of Atiq were found by the police roaming unclaimed in the Kasari Masari area of Chakia.
