The 2024 edition of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup to be hosted by West Indies and USA will start on June 4 and conclude on June 30, revealed the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday.

It will be hosted throughout 7 Caribbean locations – Antigua and Barbuda; Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines; and Trinidad and Tobago., together with 3 places in the USA – Dallas, Florida and New York.

“The International Cricket Council (ICC) today validated the 7 locations in the Caribbean that will host the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 from 4 to 30 June. Antigua & & Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad & & Tobago, will host video games together with 3 locations in the USA – Dallas, Florida and New York,” stated a declaration from the governing body of the sport worldwide.

ICC Chief Executive Geoff Allardice stated: “We are thrilled to reveal the 7 Caribbean places that will host the greatest ICC Men’s T20 World Cup ever staged, with 20 groups completing for the prize. They are all popular places with gamers and fans alike that will supply a terrific background to the occasion.”

“This will be the 3rd ICC senior guys’s occasion hosted by the West Indies, and the matches will once again offer cricket fans the special experience of taking pleasure in cricket in the Caribbean. I want to thank Cricket West Indies and the 7 host federal governments for their continued dedication and assistance of our sport.”

Cricket West Indies CEO Johnny Grave stated: “This is an interesting minute as we reveal the places authorized to host the biggest ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in history, with 20 groups playing in 55 matches in June next year.”

“We are grateful to the host Governments of the Caribbean for their frustrating reactions and interest for hosting what will be the most substantial sporting occasion kept in our area for a generation.”
