Hi everyone. Not remarkably, I’m getting a great deal of ask for pantry soup dishes today. I made a couple myself today (a red cabbage variation of ribollita, and an easy farro & bean soup), and it’s the sort of cooking I love most. I hope you’ll discover some inspiration in this collection of preferred soups and stews that rely on pantry staples like beans, grains, rice, canned tomatoes, and so on – active ingredients you may have in your cupboard. Keep in mind, many of them are really adaptable, meaning that I encourage you to make substitutes if you do not have an ingredient or 2!
