The key moments from a big weekend of footy By Hannah Kennelly There were plenty of big moments across round four. Here are some you might have missed – or that you might want to see again.

Magic Molloy slots a goal of the year contender When the AFLW awards committee gathers near the end of the season to select the league’s goal of the year, Chloe Molloy will be a worthy contender.

The ball was kicked deep into the Swans’ forward pocket and was threatening to run out of bounds near the point post, where Molloy bumped an opponent out of the contest. The young gun scored another goal in the opening minutes of the final quarter, to help the Eagles win 10.4 (64) to 7.3 (45).

With less than 90 seconds on the clock, a free kick in front of goal put the Lions back in front against Adelaide, and they held on to get the four points. Watch the match-winner below.

And then there were two After round three, four teams remained winless on the bottom of the ladder. Gold Coast’s win over GWS helped them off the bottom and consigned the Giants to another round without a win. Meanwhile, Geelong brought the Bombers’ winning streak to a halt and kicked off their own with their first victory of the season.

They’re not alone, given GWS’ plight, but that still leaves l
