Another UK acquisition for TSA

David Gibson of DGA, who has actually offered up to TSATSA Management, a task seeking advice from company, is on the acquisition path with sponsorship from Quadrant Private Equity. Its most current takeover is DGA Group, an agreement and conflict resolution expert. DGA has 60 staff members working out of workplaces in the UK, Singapore, and Australia. Its Maidstone-based UK operation turns over roughly ₤ 11m a year. The offer grows TSA to more than 900 individuals.
