WAYZATA, Minn.– The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) states the Wayzata-based Meridian Manor helped living center is moving approximately 40 of its citizens after both homeowners and staff became ill with COVID-19

The citizens will be relocated to other facilities that suffice for their care requirements, according to MDH.

MDH states, “the primary factor for the relocation was to make sure patient safety and care because a majority of staff and administration are ill and not able to look after citizens.”
