Ottawa Police Service main department private investigators are looking for public support to find a suspect who tossed containers of red and blue paint at a Charlotte Street structure last September.

In a release, authorities stated event happened at about 11 p.m. on Sept. 23 in the 200 block of Charlotte Street.
