The efficient ban on mass gatherings to consist of the spread of coronavirus in Australia is throwing the nation’s arts and entertainment industry into chaos, with casual workers especially devastated.

The Federal Government desires all mass gatherings of more than 500 people to be suspended from Monday

Concerts, theatre productions, funny festivals and flower shows are amongst the growing list of cancellations across Australia.

Xani Kolac is a violinist on the musical Come From Away, which has decided to end its theatre season in Melbourne early due to the crowd limitations.
