In a post shared on social networks previously today, the California highway patrol (CHP) in Merced, California, exposed that Officer Kody Brackett found a “a horseback rider bring an open container of alcohol”. Brackett “called the rider and it ended up being apparent that the rider was hindered by alcohol, causing their arrest for DUI”. “It’s worth keeping in mind that, according to California Vehicle Code 21050, the guidelines of the roadway use to those running animals on the highway,” CHP Merced stated in a declaration on social networks.
