A Melbourne GP who tested favorable for the coronavirus after dealing with lots of patients has blasted Victorian Health Minister Jenny Mikakos who criticised his choice to go back to work

In a reply to a post on Ms Mikakos’s Facebook page, Chris Higgins, a physician at the Toorak Clinic in Melbourne, said he was “upset about the mistakes and unfairness of [her] c
