Include the coconut cream and stir into the caramel, stir till smooth. Include the butter and chocolate and mix in till smooth. Permit to cool. Leading the pavlova with cream. Drizzle over a layer of the cooled caramel and spray over a few of the roasted macadamia nuts. Include the mango pieces to the top of the pavlova then leading with the macadamia nuts, coconut and a drizzle more caramel. Shave over the white chocolate and serve.
